Adaptive Minds is in network with the following insurance plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

• Blue Choice PPO

While Adaptive Minds may not be an in-network provider with your specific insurance plans, many insurance companies provide out-of-network benefits. Adaptive Minds will send a “superbill” to you to submit to your insurance for possible* reimbursement for out-of-network services. You may also access your invoices at any time using the client portal.

*Adaptive Minds does not guarantee reimbursement from your provider.

If you are out-of-network or do not have insurance, Adaptive Minds accepts self-pay clients. Rates are as follows:

• 55 minute session - $160

• 45 minute session - $135

• 30 minute session - $90

“Pay What You Can” and/or Sliding Scale is available based on individual need. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss options.

Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Please note that insurance cannot be billed for missed appointments. The scheduled session fee will be charged for appointments that are missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice.
